Lectures and courses

I have designed, organized, and teach two courses in the Neuroscience Master’s program at Université Paris Cité:

  • Neural data science with Python (M1 course, github repo)
  • Python Applications in Neuroscience Research (M2 course, github repo)

Both courses are designed to equip students with essential data analysis and visualization skills for neuroscience research using Python.
